STATE FOP-SPONSORED BENEFITS Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance - Active and Associate members in good standing who have joined prior to age 63 and whose names are on file with the State Lodge are eligible to receive a ($10,000) benefit until the age of 70. The benefit is reduced to ($5,000) after age 70. Coverage is On or Off the job. Survivors Aid Death Benefit - up to $750 to beneficiary of an active/retired law enforcement member only until the age of 63, with 5 years continuous membership (after the age of 63 is $250).
